Return Shipping
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, with sufficient postage paid. Customers are expected to take reasonable care of any items while in their possession.
Returned items must be received within 14 working days of contacting our Customer Service team. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
If a product arrives with a fault, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 working days of receiving your order. Claims made after this time frame may not be considered. Please retain all packaging and the item itself, as we may require batch numbers, expiry dates, photographs, or request the item be returned for inspection.
Once we receive the returned goods, they will be examined. If a fault is confirmed, a replacement will be offered or the cost of the item will be refunded (excluding the original delivery charges). Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to appear.
If the item is found not to be faulty, or if any issues are due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, no refund or replacement will be issued. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return costs.
We may request additional information or offer product usage advice before or during the return process. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us assess the issue effectively.

Warranty Limited Coverage
Please note that vape kits and mods contain multiple components, each of which may be covered by a different warranty period.
To process any warranty claims, proof of purchase is required. If available, we also recommend including the original product packaging
Mods / Vape Kits
Vape kits and mods are covered by a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. To begin a warranty claim, the item must be returned for assessment. Devices should be returned in their origin, undamaged packaging to be eligible for warranty consideration. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Tanks / Coils
Coils and tanks are classed as consumables and are sold in sealed packaging. As such, they are not covered under warranty and have a variable lifespan depending on usage. The only exception is if a manufacturing defect is suspected. If you believe an item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving it.
For any shipping errors or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
E-Liquids
E-liquids are considered consumable products and are sold in sealed bottles. As such, they are not covered by a warranty. The only exception is in cases where a manufacturing defect is suspected. If you believe a product is faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 5 working days.
For any delivery issues, such as incorrect or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Refillable Pods / Pre-filled Pods
Pre-filled / Refillable pods are classified as consumable products and are sold in sealed packaging. As such, they are not covered under warranty, except in cases where the item is dead on arrival or there has been a shipping error on our part.
If you believe a product is faulty upon delivery, you must inform us within 5 working days of receiving it. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. For missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue promptly.
Product claims, the batch number and expiry date from the packaging must be provided. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds without this information. In some cases, we may also request photos or video evidence to support your claim.
Mods / Batteries
Batteries and mods have a limited lifespan that depends on usage. They come with a 60-day warranty from the purchase date. This warranty will be void if the item is damaged due to misuse or mishandling, and general wear and tear is not covered within the 60-day period.
If you believe your battery is defective, please contact us with details of the issue for evaluation. If the fault is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace the battery. In some cases, you may be asked to return the battery for inspection.

Battery Chargers / Leads
All chargers come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. The charger must have been purchased individually, not as part of a vape kit. If the charger experiences an electrical fault, such as failure to charge, we will replace it. However, if the fault is due to user error or mishandling, the warranty will be void.
To initiate a warranty claim, you must return the charger for evaluation.
Warranty Exclusions
For clarity, the warranties outlined above do not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Willful damage, improper storage or usage, accidents, or negligence by you or any third party
- Failure to operate or use the products according to the provided instructions
- Failure to perform regular maintenance, including cleaning components and connectors
- Any modifications or repairs made by you or an unauthorized third party
- Any specifications provided by you
These exclusions do not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
