To get started, insert the pod and refill containers into the top of your Hyola Ultra 30K device. With inhale activation, there's no need for buttons simply draw on the mouthpiece to begin vaping.
Switch between the two included flavours by lifting the mouthpiece and rotating it halfway.

Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day, pending stock availability, security, and payment verification. Please double check that the phone number you provide is accurate, as we may need to contact you if there are any issues with your order. If a PayPal Review is initiated, your order will be held until payment is fully cleared.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery Methods
All of our delivery partners offer comprehensive tracking and provide estimated delivery windows.
DPD: With the DPD app, you can manage your delivery if you're not going to be home. You can arrange for your parcel to be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour. They also provide a one hour delivery slot.
DPD (Monday to Friday Delivery): £5.00
Next Day Delivery (98% of packages arrive the next day) is fully tracked. This service is available for UK mainland addresses only. In some remote areas, we may switch to Royal Mail Tracked Services. Please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 1st Class: Delivery is typically within 1-3 working days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery is typically within 2-5 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day: £12.00 We do not offer weekend Service.
Your parcel is guaranteed to arrive the next working day. This service includes tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Weight & Size Restrictions:
If your parcel exceeds the weight or size limits set by your selected courier, we may use an alternative service at no additional cost to you.
